Download a low-resolution PDF version of an element

You can download a low-resolution PDF version of an element from a project or library.

Requirements:

You must have a project or a library role that includes the Download LowRes PDF user right.

  1. In the Elements view, select the element or folder that you want to download.
  2. Select Download > LowRes PDF.
    The PDF download window appears.
  3. Select the resolution for the PDF file.
  4. Click Download.
    Note: According to the browser settings, the file is downloaded to the default location and/or appears in the browser window. Configure the browser to specify the download location and the way to handle download files.
  5. When the download is complete, click Close.
