Viewing the number of annotations associated with a task

You can view the number of annotations that have been added in Smart Review to the elements associated with a specific task. You can also view how many annotations have been added to each element.

This is useful if you want to know to what extent the users assigned the task have reviewed the associated elements in Smart Review, without having to open each element in Smart Review.

In the Tasks view, the total number of annotations for all elements in the task will be displayed. Expand the task whose annotation count you want to view.

A list of the number of Smart Review annotations that are associated with the task appears, including the number of annotations added for each element in the task and the total number of annotations associated with the task.

If you are assigned a project role that includes the View All Annotations & Status user right, you can also see the number of annotations added by each user for each element in the task.

Annotation counts contain all the text annotations associated with a specific task in Smart Review, including text annotations that are associated with a line, pen, rectangle, oval, or multishape annotation.
